Leitrim Village is the place to be for the May bank holiday weekend 2015! A brand new festival to celebrate the newly designated Shannon Blueway will feature canoeing, kayaking, SUP, cycling, electric biking, horse-riding, trail-running, walking, rowing and leisure cruising. And if that doesn’t float you boat there will be a carnival type atmosphere with music and entertainment at the marina and along the riverbank in Leitrim Village.

Events will run over the weekend. Starting points for the trails are from Ca and rrick-on-Shannon, Drumshanbo and some circular routes from Leitrim Village.

Bring your friends along for a Big Day Out in Leitrim on Sunday 3rd May. For a group of 10 or more people we will bring you on an hours nature/foraging walk, an hour and a half on Canadian Canoes and an hours trip on electric bike trails, all along or in the vicinity of Ireland’s first blueway.
